Nanette Florian, formerly a lead singer for the famous 60s band THE NEW CHRISTY MINSTRELS lost her hearing completely at age 40. After many years in a soundless world she received Cochlear Implant surgery and now hears the spoken word nicely but music is still mushy and hard to hear.
Nanette just launched HearMusicAgain.org the home of 2 internet radio stations, WHMA full of classic hits through the ages and WHRA (Hear Rock Again) plus many presentations for others with hearing loss eager to hear music again such as "Ringtones for people with hearing loss."
